1. Scope and data controller

This Privacy Policy explains how Anantapanya Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal data when you use Infinia Academy and InfiniaGo, including infinia-academy.com, infiniago.infinia-academy.com, our iOS/Android apps, classroom tools, homework, tests, and contact channels.

The data controller is Anantapanya Co., Ltd., 15/11 Saimai Rd., Saimai Subdistrict, Saimai District, Bangkok 10220, Thailand.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect data that is necessary to provide learning services, keep students safe, and operate the platform, including:

• Account and profile data, such as email address, display name, nickname, user role, grade level, subjects, preferred language, theme, profile photo, user ID, and child accounts linked to a parent.
• Learning data, such as classroom codes, answers, scores, time spent, hints used, confidence wagers, homework history, tests, live classroom status, progress, teacher feedback, and learning summaries.
• User or teacher content, such as question text, answers, uploaded PDF worksheets, profile images, and prompts used to generate or improve questions with AI.
• Schedule data, such as event names, times, locations, meeting links, and descriptions shown in the school timetable.
• Device and system data, such as browser type, operating system, IP address, authentication tokens, access timestamps, security logs, and error logs.
• Contact data, such as phone number, LINE account, or messages you send when requesting support, enrolling, or exercising privacy rights.

Our services are not designed to collect government IDs, financial information, health data, biometric data, or other sensitive data unless strictly necessary for the service. Please do not submit that type of data to the platform.

3. How we use personal data

• To create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and support teacher, student, parent, and admin roles.
• To provide live classrooms, practice, homework, tests, scoring, learning games, and progress reports.
• To help teachers see student understanding in real time and help linked parents follow a student's progress.
• To generate questions, hints, worked solutions, feedback, and personalized homework using AI based on learning context and teacher-provided content.
• To respond to support requests and send important notices about accounts, security, schedules, or service changes.
• To prevent abuse, cheating, unauthorized access, and security incidents.
• To analyze and improve the service, using aggregated or less-identifiable data where practical.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use student data for targeted advertising.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We share personal data only when appropriate and necessary for the service, including with:

• Teachers, linked parents, and school administrators who need the data to teach, report progress, and manage classes.
• Infrastructure and service providers, such as Firebase Authentication, Google Cloud Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, Google Calendar, Google Maps, and Google Vertex AI/Gemini.
• Platform providers and app stores, such as Apple and Google, where needed for app distribution, app review, or platform functionality.
• Government authorities, courts, or legally authorized parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and property.

Data may be processed or stored in cloud systems inside or outside Thailand. We use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

5. Children, students, and parents

InfiniaGo is an education service. Students may use it under the supervision of teachers, schools, or parents. If a user is a minor, a parent or legal guardian may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion as allowed by law. Teachers and parents should submit only the information needed for learning and student care.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, manage accounts, report learning progress, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and support our legitimate interests. Retention periods vary by data type. Account data is generally kept while the account is active, learning records may be kept as class history, and security logs may be retained as needed to investigate incidents.

Users can delete their account from within the app. When an account is deleted, we delete login access and remove primary contact data such as email and profile photo from the active profile. Classroom, homework, test, score, display-name, or historical records may be retained where needed for learning reports, safety, anti-fraud, legal compliance, or legitimate educational records. You may contact us to request additional deletion or restriction.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authentication, access controls, encryption in transit, reputable cloud infrastructure, and monitoring for abuse or security issues. No system is 100% secure, so users should also protect their passwords and devices.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, receive a copy of, correct, delete, restrict, object to, withdraw consent for, port, or complain about the processing of your personal data. Some requests may be limited by law, security, or educational service requirements.

9. Website, cookies, and third-party services

Our website may load fonts, maps, LINE widgets, or scripts from third-party providers such as Google Fonts, Google Maps, Tailwind CDN, and LINE. When you use those features, those providers may receive technical data such as IP address, browser, and device information according to their own policies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and may notify users through the website, app, or other appropriate channels.
